Managing Director/ CEO
Eseosa is an accomplished real estate and finance executive whose career spans leadership roles in banking, real estate investment, and project development. As Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Midesa Projects, he brings a distinctive blend of financial acumen, strategic foresight, and industry experience to drive the company’s growth and innovation in property development and real estate finance across Nigeria and beyond.
With an academic foundation rooted in some of the world’s most respected institutions, Eseosa holds an MSc in Economics (International Real Estate Markets) from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland; a Hotel Real Estate Investment Certificate from Cornell University, USA; a Construction Project Management Certificate from Columbia University, USA; and a Diploma in International Housing Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA.

Chibuzor Ifeanyi is a results-driven business leader and Chartered Management Accountant with over three decades of executive experience across real estate, energy, commodities, and finance in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
As CEO, he combines strategic vision with financial precision to deliver transformative, high-value developments. A dual Nigerian–British national and Fellow of CIMA, Chibuzor has led multimillion-dollar operations, capital raises, and large-scale urban projects with measurable impact.
His leadership is defined by innovation, accountability, and a commitment to building sustainable, resilient communities.
